Liu Gong Dao (Grandpa Liu Island)

We had a one day trip to Liu Gong Dao (Grandpa Liu Island) when we were in Weihai, China.  There is a Sino-Japanese War (1800’s) museum on the island.  When we were going through the historical site, I thought Kuwait should have one for Iraqi invasion.

The Ends of the Earth

While we were staying in Weihai, China, we hired a mini-van and a driver for a day trip to Cheng Shan Jiao (The Ends of the Earth) and my birth place Wendeng.

Weihai - Part 1

We took a 5-hour-bus from Dongying to Weihai, which is a medium size coastal city in Shandong province. Dad and his wife went with us too. It was cooler here and the temperature went down to 20’s at night.
